New Video :D, pretty much gives a small example of game play, not to much as i have not yet done any storyline!

For all people who like to know, i have released a development video for people to get a small example of the mod so far! :)

The video contains nearly all weapons being used against a variation of zombies in the courtyard of the mall!

Also shows bullet-time secret, which you can unlock :D

i agree
this mod would be good if it wasnt so hl2 like in movement display and things like that
it the melee weapon wasnt a crowbar in disguise it would be quite good

Only a few weapons have the custom animations as of yet, the broom, snooker cue, fire axe, broken glass bottle and the sledgehammer all have custom animations.

I'm not a big fan of animating so i'm leaving that till last, I have all my source files so its not going to be harder to animate last.

As you can tell i'm more of a modeller, hence why the most complete thing about the mod is the models so far.

Also from another comment, all the weapons have real custom sounds, all recorded on my brothers £500 recording studio ($1000) so the quality is real.

The voices for characters will be done on that equipment too, same with the music being done by my friend James, who happens to be an amazing guitarist.

So sounds are covered just not developed yet! :D

Pretty sweet, but I think that something you should do is modify the damage and force for the different melee weapons. Like one swing from the pickaxe or bat should kill instantaneously, and send 'em off to kingdom come. Just my 2 cents! :D

looks awesome reminds me of dead rising. All you need now is a decent inventory system and have the weapons break over time.

I'm not having the weapons break, its just no fun. trust me.

And the inventory?

Like weapon select, I think works fins, their is not much you can do with like 50+ weapons haha :D
