Well this menu in game called "Game Options" will allow a number of tweaks in the game, one of the main is the ability to have custom skins for all weapons, you choose a skin for the hands, and all weapons will have custom skins along with that set of hands.
The other features so far is the ability to toggle shadows in the game, this can save some people up to 10fps in some zombie filled areas!
And the last two are to disable/enable child zombies and gibs/blood.
Other features of this are yet to be decided, but they will all be useful in the final release!

WOW! I don't really like the gloves though :/
Well then pick the bare hands, the gloves here are just the texture used from the default half life ones, i haven't made new ones so i used it as an example to show that you can change the hands.

To be honest, I'd like to see a left handed player mode. But, that's entirely up to you, Dec. Your work is amazing as it is.
