Description
The Spitfire model I made, while functional, was too detailed for the aging game. So I redid parts of it, mostly the cylinders, to bring it closer to a reasonable level. It's still about 1500 higher than I'd like, but it's a complicated model.
If you simplify the barrels you should be able to save on a fair few triangles
I believe the point was too reduce poly count without sacrificing much detail...
They're about as simplified as I'm willing to go. They're down to like 12 sides or so, I forget.
