In single player mod The Lost City you should get out of the city grasped by Combine forces. With it you will be helped by one of few survived insurgents. The basic emphasis was done on study of maps and gameplay. That truck is floating :D
Hmm...maybe it is. Then again there is no shadow under it to ground the APC, so we really can't tell if it really is... If you look very closely in HL2, a lot of objects and items float closely above any ground or furniture geometry in the game, they really don't contact the geometry to prevent overlapping.
the truck is not flowting. it's just the barrel in front of it making the impression
