I may be evil at some point, but im still buying these horses.
While we appreciate the sentiment, it's not possible to obtain these horses as an evil character. Sorry!
Couldn't you rarely loot one from a Gondor party?
Theoretically yes, but it's not easy and not available to all races.
Objective one, raid Dol Amroth.
It's really hard to loot a good horse, it's always swaybacked ! But this horse will be no available in horse merchant ?
There won't be any horse merchants and you can only easily get mounts of your own faction.
And Weapon & Armors merchant ? No merchants in TLD ? Strange ...
I think that should be the prime objective if you play as Isengard, after defeating Rohan.
Beautiful design! These knights look awesome. The swords are beautiful as well; I remember seeing the concept for them way back.

By the way, theres lots of lords fighting for gondor with different units. Will you be able to recruit all of them to your party, or are they like different factions all fighting together?
You will be able to recruit all Gondor feudals. Lossarnach, Lamedon, Blackroot vale, Pinnath Gellin, Dol Amroth and Pelargir.
