So does the release of this map mean that there'll be no more clone troopers in future maps since they would've phased them out at this point?
No, I have a map thats coming that will be an Order 66 scenario this time that I'll post an image of soon, also, I primarily was suppose to give this map just Clone troopers, however I knew people could potentially ask about "why didn't you add Stormtroopers?" so I just put the Stormtroopers and clone troopers as side file options of your choice, and why even think about adding Clones anyway? well its because I hate the current canon's portrayal of the Post-Order 66 events, the Mon Cala battle took place 1 year after Revenge of the Sith, and for that event and for any others to have imperial tech at that time in full swing is just completely out of place, im fine with something like showing evidence of testing said armor or vehicles, like how they had the AT-AT's in legends that saw limited use during the Clone Wars, but if all of a sudden I see a legion of stormtroopers ready to fight literally months or a year after the clone wars, it would just seem more forced, rather than being progressive and taking its time, but anyway, in the main "Story" of things, I intentionally wanted the first wave of maps to just be Clones, then the second wave be in the actual imperial Era with Stormtroopers, Tie Fighters, etc.
it crashed the game after i fell off of the map once. could we get that fixed pls?
Unfortunately I can't fix that, reason being is because of the water in the game and how very intensive it is, and yeah if i get rid of the water, then it get rid of the crash issues, however that wouldn't make this map Mon Cala without the Water, also you should test it a couple more times, I had a person test it a couple more times and it didn't crash after, or at least not as often
I love that it is based on the vader comics, it seems to me that this imperial period with clones is wonderful to explore
Indeed it is, unfortunately in the actual story this is based from they used stormtroopers, but using Clones here because it feels more right, tho i do have stormies available as a side replacer for the map
