well it really complicated because i need to redo every state for the country but i may do it for minor nations like Uruguay Mexico or portugal

no se puede hacer una guerra civil para liberar a una nacion solo pudeo hacer que si como norte america pierde la guerra pueden liberar una nacion pero solo paises specificos naciones menores como mexico uruguay portugal korea y asi
