Do the Greenwood elves have any elite archers, such as wardens of the silver tree? When I read the plan of Greenwood, I found nothing except dual-weapon warriors and the hunters. If they don't they should have one that specialized with stealth and long-range

The Silvan Rangers will be able to stealth and act as glass cannons - fast moving units that deal large amounts of damage but are vulnerable to melee attacks.
So, Greenwood will have the most number of strongest archers units of the mod?. I consider greenwood archers should to be the best, just like in the original game, well, i mean about their attacks damage.
Rivendell Archers will be (marginally) better than anything Greenwood can bring to the table. However, Greenwood has better access to various archer units and their early archers can remain relevant and dangerous throughout the game.
Guys, don't forget the elves of Lothlorien, they're bows are the most powerful if I recall correctly.

Can't you write down the boxes in such a way that we can see the factors such as hp, damage, armor, add-on feature, etc.?

Anyways can you fix the artilery and archers on siege maps like Minas Tirith or Helm's Deep, the artilery and archers that shoot from outside have greater range than the ones on the walls, which doesn't make any sense since the advantage should be to the ones on the walls thanks to the vantage. Another thing would be if you can make Arwen use a sword and horse maybe, the spellcaster thinghy isnt interesting.

so then, what is the reason you made Arwen that way? and why don't you want to make her like she should, riding horses and weailding a sword. Some arguments please.
I don't know that I owe you any arguments. But sure. Arwen in the book is not a fighter, and Rivendell has an abundance of fighter heroes already. If you dislike it, make your own mod.
