Description
Restless Warriors are the reanimated remains of Northman nobility. They defend their barrows under the command of the Necromancer, which are used as a base defense structure similar to Isengard's Warg Sentry.

They are kinda of Rohan's dead soldiers right?
Looks like they are using dwarfs swords.
maybe guards of the old Rhovanion kings.
Eh... yes and no. Tolkien does note the Rohirrim come from the north and rode down to the Gap. It's mainly a nice design nod that these northern nobles have helmets of Anglo-Saxon inspiration, showing that cultural kinship.

not enough rags on the belt, chain mail, armor maybe, maybe even skulls on the belt for intimidation.
models are very cool.
truth in misty the mountains now dead men from Angmar towers though flawed on their backdrop of, models fall short of these.
