Description
A long-forgotten King of ancient Rhovanion, Cargást's remains are now inhabited by an evil spirit under the Necromancer's command. He serves as Barrow-lord, an undead commander over Dol Guldur's Risen Dead.

Kind of reminds me of the Wight King from Total War Warhammer.
And that is in no way a bad thing.
You know what? That is absolutely amazing work, he is awesome.
Also, one day i would like to see good wraiths. Maybe wraiths of fallen gondorian soldiers that fought for the good (like in Shadow of War), but this is me speaking nonsense.
