How do I uninstall previous Age of the Ring versions? I have version 5.1 installed (for example).
You can simply delete your AotR 5.1 folder and then install 6.1
where do I find this folder to delete it please?
It must be in wherever you have installed. Normally they are in Program Files.

Question: is there a hard Fortress limit now? I can't build more than five unless I queue them up prior to the fifth one starting construction.
Yes the limit is five. That's limit existing in basic game too.

when i download the 202 v8.00 patch the mod does not let me install in says that 202 is missing

ur mod keeps crashing
You guys are doing an awesome job, on that note, does anyone have any suggestions to keep the game from crashing? I get crashes alot, out of memory and also no error message sometimes at all, any tips would be greatly appreciated, once again, amazing job, you guys are great!
Best way is to lower graphic settings ( turn off shadows especially ). Since game engine is old and can't handle that much , it is recommended to also play on default game settings - 1000 starting resources and x1 command points.
Some character or special power animations are also having screen blackouts. Like necromancer's straight strokes for example. Please help me

You need to install patch 2.02 v8.0 , then install patch 2.02v8.4. After that you can use 2.02 switcher to change version to 8.01, which will be present in old versions tab. Then you can install and play mod
In swither 2.02 i have only in main: 2.02 v8.0.0 and 2.01
if i want install AoR 6.1 instal setup tell me: you have a version higher than v8.01 enabled,please make sure that 2.02 is enabled on version 8.01
In switcher 2.02 i dont have choice to get version 8.01

Hey! Great work! One little thing, when I pick Rivendell I can't pick a custom hero. All options are grayed out except Random. And when i chose random I don''t seem to get any of custom heroes.
Sorry if this has been mentioned before!
Seems to be the case with Rohan, Woodland realm and Dol Guldur too!
For those factions you need to open list of choosing custom heroes , click on it , then type first letter of hero you want to have

Chose a faction you want to play with. Click on a hero choosing drop menu. Click on the hero you want to use and then type the first letter of his/hers name.
This should work. The name will still be grayed out when picked, but the hero will be there in the game.

Hey, this is for the Devs. Will you guys ever allow more Faction Slots, and Teams for WotR? It feels stifiling that i can only choose some of the Factions to Participate instead of All.

ich brauche eure Hilfe ich habe es schon 3 mal Alles nach dem Tutorial installiert aber habe nur Fehler. Der Mod 6.1 und das Spiel mit 2.02 8.0.1 laufen allerdings macht es bei T3A Online Error's wie z.B. GUI:Error und mehrere Fehler mit Missing APT.
Was bedeutet das? kann mir jemand Helfen?
