Background Info
The Harry Potter modification is a mod that takes you away from the world of tolkien and puts you into the imaginary world of writer J.K. Rowling.
The modification adds two new factions Hogwarts and Voldemort's Army of Death Eaters. It will also feature a new campaign as well. The one ring has been replaced by the sorting hat and also the eldar wand. Hopefully we can add 8-10 new heroes and over 20 new units along with many new buildings to give this mod a total conversion. There will also be new art and a new soundtrack (from the movies)
The mod was first started by Jimiojoe but left and is now in the hands of Elvenfury. We currently do not have a release date so please don't ask :P.

New Things to be included within the mod
Factions:
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry.
Voldemort's Army (Need a name for the faction other than that listed or Death Eaters).
Campaign:
A new campaign is in the works and the first mission is on its way of being completed.
We have not decided if there will be a evil side of the campaign but definitely a good side.
Maps:
We hope to have 20 new maps by the time the mod has finished.
We hope to have released 6 new maps in the first public release.
Music:
We soon hope to reveal a new soundtrack for the mod watch out for further updates

looks fun, I've applied for Beta, but Elvenfury hasn't been online since July...
I must say Im skeptical , Harry Potter and Lord of the rings should not cross , but I will try it, the engine is very good and the finished product should be enjoyable.
I would also like to know what's happening with this mod bcos i've been eagerly awaiting its release for ages
