No, I won't be making a pack for gunslinger because, they will be adding their hands in a later update And honestly it looks great. There will be some addons here and there for the mod though.

Gunslinger mod, no. HD Models Addon changes 3rd person NPC models so yes it will work without any problem.
Is this compatible with Arsenal Overhaul? If not, will it be?

sorry, COP. I just have AO, Atmosphere and Absolute Nature installed. This mod would make my game ******* perfect lol
I recommend you play with stcop weapon pack 2.9 or 3.2, AO is kinda outdated. Both versions can be found here on moddb. If you still wana use AO you can try T.H.A.P STCoP Weapon Pack as i think they use the same structure.
