Good news i've managed to repair my lovely r7 260x
Bad news, the display and hdmi port are dead, the fan can't detect heat anymore meaning that i have to increase the fan speed manually to 50% up to 80% when i use 3d softweres and games, i'm not going to lie it sounds like a jet engine.
I don't know how much time it will last so i'm working as fast as possible.
