This will be somekind of effect or will be permament? I know stalkers aren't the most hygienic guys around there but even they would try to wash their hands at least to eat, hehe.
I'd love to make it dynamic but, with the x-ray engine easier said than done lol. I'll make it an addon for now.
Stalkers in the zone use vodka as a hand cleaner, so ya, pretty hygienic i say XD
Alcohol is pretty good as cleaner, as a nurse I know it. (I am a man, by the way, I only don't know what's the name for a male nurse)
