when i host a game it says you were dropped from your game

1)Crashes on loading the any campaign
2) Crashes in mid battle at any point
3) All unit cards are white
4) All country pictures are white

Can I still play the normal Napoleon Total War after I install the mod?
if you have modloader it is simple.
If you don't then download modloader, and if you don't want to then manually remove and add the necesary files every time
Can you link modloader? Also where should the files be extracted to?

So this mod is broken great :(
Out of pure curiosity (haven't downloaded the mod yet) just wanted to know if there was anyone whose download and play of the mod went bug-free. I thank the team for all their hard work, and while I can't say myself, it must be difficult to coordinate the process of releasing such a huge mod on such a huge scale without some problems along the way so props to them for trudging through that.
guys I got the mod to run but all of my unit cards are white with numbers how can I fix this?

Half the flags are white. Crashes my Napoleon, I installed correctly and everything. Broken.

1. Game crashes mid-way through battle and upon loading a campaign

The mod was released full of bugs, despite Mitch's best efforts to fix bugs and delay the game by a day. Better just wait a couple days until a new fix/release. People who downloaded are having trouble installing and currently has to be played with the "Mod" Manager.

For everyone with the problems I had, I think I got the mod working as intended. There are still a few unit description pictures missing and various things like that, but I am assuming that because this is a great mod in progress, such things are intentional.
Anyway, what I did to make it work is as follows:
Move all the Great War files into the Napoleon data folder, including the select files I wanted from the Options folder.
Next, download the Napoleon mod manager from here: Twcenter.net
Then, extract the three files it downloads with into a New Folder. Run the exe. and UnCheck the "Show all pack types" box. Only check the "Great War" boxes, then Launch.
The main menu has the correct music and sounds now, the flags are correct, and the campaign loads.
