General The Forgotten War, the Far Cry modification, is a teamwork-based, real time strategy first person shooter modification based on the Korean War. The mod will have a unique game play, based upon a commander commanding a group of soldiers and building buildings, vehicles, tanks, aircraft and artillery. A unique supply system will keep you in its grasp as you face the enemy, side to side with your brothers in arms. Realism The Forgotten War strives to make realism as closely accurate to real life as possible, while steel keeping game play fun and enjoying. The general for each team will be able to assign ten (10) squads, which have sub-commanders that each have a unique set of commands and voice commands allowing the possibilities to be just as realistic as real life. A unique physics model allows the destruction of bridges, guard towers, roadblocks and buildings. We wanted to give you another update on the development of ‘The Forgotten War’ mod, the team and the development process.


Some real interesting things have happened including our new closer relationship with File Front. We are also currently featured on the Developer Diary of the website which you can view here.

We have new in game screenshots done up by our infamous Mapper that you will see soon. Also we have received a great response from you, the community, for the positions that we had advertised for. A lot of qualified people have applied and we are in the process of selecting the most suited candidates.

Once again, thanks a ton for all your support. We are that much closer to putting TFW into your hands.
