Description
Due to many complains about PLC-09 to replace nuke cannon I decided to create new heavy and close to old one Nuke Cannon but with more realistic style...
PLC-09 will stay as regular and heavier artillery than inferno cannon /plz-07/...
Love it. Also, I'm glad China will now have a "Light", "Intermediate" and "Heavy artillery" units all at their disposal.
