More information of the mod. The Dead Locality is a zombie/horror/survival/roleplay mod for Half-life 2.When you start playing a level, your team will spawn to a village which is surrounded with fields. Night is coming. Your team must prepare for the night. Pick up your nailgun and boards and start nailing the boards to windows, doors, or anything what needs repairing. Then, start looking for something that you could use to harm the infected. (Example : Pipe) You can find pubs and little hospitals in the village. Find everything you could need and bring them to the house your team has choosen as theyr base. Soon you will notice that the time is running out. Quick! Run to the house. Close all passages in. Until you hear a deep howl. Prepare.. They are coming. Tearing the barricades you made, trying to make their way in any ways possible. Hit them! Shoot them! just pervent them coming inside. Your team must use different tactics for survival. You need to think where shall you nail the board so you could see over it, but it still blocks. You need brains in this games. No rambos allowed. Finally when the attacks will stop. Run out of the house. Feel the sun. It's over. For now. Prepare for the next night. It will be harder. Your house is a mess. You have to choose another one. Quick! try to find some more barricades, weapons, supplies. Just hope that you didn't use everything in the first time...
We got a mapper and a skinner. But more mappers and skinners wont hurt us. We have a menu music and some beta maps. We are currently coding the mod's main stuffs. Weapons, functions etc. More images should be released as soon as we get some new ones. I don't want to send you beta images. Because they are crappy. Our modeler is busy for a week or two so we can't release images from weapon models. This mod is working out pretty well for a mod what was started few weeks ago.

Well, the reason why we picked zombies was because. if we made a mod with combine soliders comming at the night, witch hits you, it becomes kinda dumb. and, the zombie are are the ultimate creature. whats cooler than a dead person comming up from the ground and starts chasing you ^^
and uhm, you cant really say its a fail before we release it can u?
Yeah well theres lots of other fantasy/sci fiction creatures you can use.
I know there are plenty of other things we could use. But we just happen to prefer the good old flesh eating zombies. I've always been a zombie fan.
