Dawn of the Tiberium Age (DTA) is a stand-alone mod that combines Tiberian Dawn (C&C 95) and Red Alert. While classic mode gets as close to the original game-play and balance as possible, Enhanced mode provides improved game balance and a lot of fun new stuff. DTA features many customization options for Skirmish and multiplayer (where you can play as GDI, Nod, Allies and Soviet on over 200 maps), challenging original singleplayer missions, as well as co-op missions. Since this is a stand-alone mod, you don't require anything but the mod itself to be able to play: the original game is not required.
On the right you see the new repair ships off all factions, starting with the Soviet one at the top (with the idle version on the left and the moving version on the right), followed by Nod's under that, and then the GDI and Allied versions.
The ship on the left is the Ekranoplan Aircraft Carrier (again with the idle version on the left and the moving version on the right). Just like GDI's aircraft carrier it's able to launch drones over a long range and while the range of its drones is not as great as that of GDI's, everything it lacks in range it makes up for in speed, and then some.
Its large size does mean that it takes some time for it to accelerate to its top speed, but once it has, its wings allow it to skid over the water as fast as a speedboat.
For closer ranges the Ekranoplan is able to use its even more destructive Scud missiles, so captains that think they can gain the upper hand by closing the gap have another thing coming.
Exactly what C&C lacked: repair ships for all factions.
Awesome, more Naval!
Oh my ship, this is really awesome, dude. :D
:o
Ground effect? IN MY C&C!?
SHUT UP AND TAKE MY CREDITS!
As an aside, why does it always have to be some generic Scud-alike? I mean, look at this fluffly supersonic little ball of air-breathing, carrier-task-force annihilating adorableness!

Feel free to imagine it's that instead =P
Given the small size of the missile, it'd look the same either way.
Well, different flight paths, probably, but I'm still only bitching over fluff anyhow.
:P
This looks great! Can't wait to see it in-game!
Ah, Ekranoplan. The navy's "**** you" to the Air Force's fast response time.
The Soviet Repair ship is actually based on the Caspian Sea Monster Ekranoplan while the Soviet Ekranoplan Carrier is from the real Ekranoplan aircraft carrier concept which is seen in the cameo icon.
Stunning work!
I thought the Soviet repair ship is a Lun-class Ekranoplan but it is based on the Caspian Sea Monster which appears in the cameo icon.
woow, c&c95; ships I love it
