Dawn of the Tiberium Age (DTA) is a stand-alone mod that combines Tiberian Dawn (C&C 95) and Red Alert. While classic mode gets as close to the original game-play and balance as possible, Enhanced mode provides improved game balance and a lot of fun new stuff. DTA features many customization options for Skirmish and multiplayer (where you can play as GDI, Nod, Allies and Soviet on over 200 maps), challenging original singleplayer missions, as well as co-op missions. Since this is a stand-alone mod, you don't require anything but the mod itself to be able to play: the original game is not required.

Looks awesome, but... Tiberian Sun era buildings in a Red Alert mission? :P

Although not entirely fitting, the TS civilian buildings just look better (scale wise) than the TD/RA civilian buildings. The TD/RA civilian buildings are mostly smaller than a Medium tank, which at least I find immersion-breaking, more so than the TS buildings.

i think its a good move, always thought it odd in the original game despite in the FMVs showing some city areas, only having small village assets in game

Was going to make a wall of text justifying it, but I accidentally closed my window and it's gone. In any case, its reasonable to assume the buildings are at least TD-era, and some would probably already be standing in time for RA, if you go by the manual and give allied infantry M16s(Produced since 1959).

PS: And the Heavy tank is stated to be similar to a T-80, and that kicks it even further down the line. (Or just a couple years if you imagine it's a shinified 64)

Well RA1 takes place in the early 1950's, but some areas of technological development were accelerated due to events in the altered timeline. I could post a wall of text explaining all that, but I won't. :P

Anyway it just kinda bugged me seeing TS buildings in a RA1 (or TD for that matter) setting, specifically the porta-shack and sub dwelling type buildings which did not exist until after Tiberian Dawn when the Tiberium infestation started to get much more serious.
