Kyle Katarn walks the halls of the "Ridduway Hotel" (Or Ridduay), where he learns that his investigation is far more complicated than he originally thought.
Is it allowed for guests and visitors to have guns in their hands inside the hotel?
There are several responses to this question:
a) he might be holding it because nobody is around,
b) the Jedi might be having a legal right to keep their weapons with them =)
c) it might be normal for visitors and guests to have rocket launchers in the hotel.

A much needed costume change for Kyle!
Honestly, I am sick of his decades old "one shoulder pad" look. Every mod that has ever featured him has left him in his default clothing. It has to be VERY smelly by now.
Now I noticed that the shoulder pad is still there, but it's pretty well subdued by the design of the rest of the textures. Good job on that.
Still, I have to ask... Is there any chance of porting his head onto the mesh of another body (one who's mesh better matches a Jedi knight's wardrobe), or...?
The costumes can be changed (we made several skins), but here you see not the one we created for DP. It's rather one of the oldest skins created for JO I think. I wish I could name the author, however Olgo used this particular skin merely for testing the maps. I use a different skin (where I change Kyle's clothes like to dark-blue and grey).
We planned to create a new outfit (new model) for Kyle, but we won't. I believe you can actually find new clothes on the forums (like Kyle in Jedi Master robes).
Yes, I know exactly which Kyle-in-Jedi-robes mesh you're talking about. It's a gem.
That said, most people aren't going to know how to get that skin into the game. Perhaps you could setup the Main Menu so that we can select which version of Kyle we want to use in the game? I wouldn't hesitate to select the one where he looks like an actual Jedi.
