The Crusade of Penance

This mod is intended for use with Dawn of War - Dark Crusade, afterwards we hope to adapt for the Soulstorm expansion. You take control of the Deathbringers Space Marine Chapter (led by one Captain Mortisius), a chapter with a dark history of corruption and taint. Sent on a crusade along the Eastern Fringe to amend their failings, they are unexpectedly ordered to investigate disturbances of a dark nature in a remote region of space bordering Tau territory, and one planet in particular. The campaign follows their exploration of this sector, fending off rural Orks, Chaos insurgents and local Tau forces, heading towards an event that will force them to face their past demons and prove their worth.

Small update on this mod's progress. UPDATE: Missions for this mod are now about 38% complete - 10 models waiting to be textured/animated. - 4 models still to be created. (I think lol) - 5 AE/lua creations to be done. - Voices to be recorded.

Currently I'm coding the 4th mission and mapping the 5th. Also adding the 'Death Reapers' for the space marine faction, a champion of jhorne for the Chaos faction and two character that appear in the campaign's story. Music tracks have been added for the first 3 missions and the 4th is being worked on. hopefully this mod will be ready for September, though that will be heavily reliant on us finding a dedicated texturer to 'colour-in' the new models that have been completed. that said, I see no problem in completing the alpha in time, possibly using place-holder models.
