This mod will start were the original Half Life2 episode 2 ended, with the death of Alyx her father. She became sick by the loss and layes in bed. Magnusson needs Gordon to look for Kleiner, because he has disapeared. The last time he did see Kleiner was when he spoke about going to the Borealis to blow the ship and everything inside up. Gordon needs to travel by airplane to the North pole and find Kleiner, and save the ship. Will you be on time? And will you find out what the secret cargo is that is inside the ship?

I HAVE ARCHIEVED THIS 2.0 PATCH BECAUSE IT WAS ONLY NEEDED FOR PATCHING VERSION 1.0 OF THE EP3 MOD, WHICH WAS A YEAR OR SO AGO. SO NO ONE NEEDS IT ANYMORE. JUST DOWNLOAD VERSION 2.0 OF THE MOD AND HAVE FUN! This is the second and last Patch of HL2, Ep3 The CLosure. Please install this one when you have any of the previous versions, (1.0 and 1.1 ). It fixed in level 8 that the sniper rifle can be more easely found, and a handfull of minor graphical bugs. Please see the article of; "Half-Life 2, Episode 3 The Closure v. 2.0 " of the full list of fixes. So there are no major gameplay changes in this Patch, and ofcourse don't you need to install this Patch 2.0 when you already have the 2.0 version of the mod itself. Have FUN ! The patch should not break the game because in the patch are just a few levels were i fixed a minor issue. So it doesn't do anything qua coding etc, so it should not break the game. But with source you never know.
Its best to not use the patches when you are new to this mod, best is to just download the version 2.0. That way you have the latest well working version,

this mod sucks because the combine is actually the HECU, And everything in this mod sucks because it doesn't make sense and it seems like an edgy 12 year old made this mod...
Seems a lot of people still download this, but this patch in ONLY needed when you have a previous version of the Ep3 mod, (version 0, or version 1).
So when you are new to this mod and download it now then just download the mod itself (version 2). The patch is not needed then, doesn't harm but is simply NOT needed!
