Were you perhaps unable to reach the doors and see ending credits? Was that caused by monsters killing you or you just died ? Please explain

Well the thing is that you have to outrun the enemies, reach the door and get the ending.
Another spoiler* if you look at the walkthrough you may realize there is also a secret ending but its rather hard to find out how to do it.

I'm at image 5. I found a button and clicked on it. What now? I can't seem to find any other buttons or a way to go.
Can you explain how was I so blind/stupid not to include an entity into the folder? Of course I did not include, I just checked. Fixed version will be uploaded any minute!
Edit: Updated now. Once again I am very sorry for that.
It's fine. I have done the same mistake. Forgot to include custom entity ^^. From now on, the moment I use a custom entity, I immediately move it to my story folder, one item at a time, just to be sure.
