It looks really very very awesome. Though you could fix up the remaining skin over the shoulders a bit, like maybe hanging down and worn out?
Really good. But you should remove some of the teeth. It's a skeleton after all.
And fix some of your grammar errors in the description.

@Xenoshock: Hi bro!!thx for your kind words!! dont worry man :D the sculpt has a broken body showing the skeleton. I didn't show the full body, just the head :D but ey, if you think it still need more work and fix details, i'll have in mind, i promisse you! :D i'm on it right now!

You know? when i received the sketch i thought about making a sculpture made by someone in his own image and likeness, but the sculpture was broken with time, but i can remove some of the teeth if you wish and we can comparate both statues lml(>_<)lml
