The screenshot shows the use of physical explosions.
Standard explosions in Half-Life is rather primitive, so we have to use multiple effects: standard explosion, shaking and physical explosion.
Hmm... that is not realistic, an explosion can't push bodies that way. See a nuclear blast, go back, and fix your thing. Please.
