Take on the role of an operative in the Hex Gen network, a decentralized movement of hacktivists resisting the economic pillaging conducted by the unholy alliances of Big Tech, Big Military, and Big Finance. Think "The Windup Girl" meets "Neuromancer". Features: -Facial, vocal biometric capture devices -"Nohface" electronic face projector for thwarting surveillance/drones which cover almost every inch of city -Wireless internet -Darknets - all web activity is fully surveilled, you need stealth not only in meatspace but in cyberspace -More types of hacking - cryptography, DDoS, spoofing -Hunger: experience real economic destitution as you slowly die of starvation and are forced to beg, steal, or even kill for a piece of bread. -DIY: Upgrade your hemp trenchcoat with solar trim, syphon electricity from the private power grid, take apart old phones and radios to hack together an EMP gun, set up a hydroponic garden in your squatted flat so you don't have to kill for every meal.
Sneeky peeky.
Quite the interesting wallpaper... Good Night-zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Best description ever.
This is cool, perhaps a late game apartment, or an NPC house? I guess we'll have to wait and see!
Yeah, don't want to give too much away on this one :)
What we do know is, I see a suspicious green light in the corner.
Oh yeah, what is that? I'm actually going to have to go check...
It looks like its either under the floor or in the corner.
I guess if it is, its an accident, no harm done
Yeah, it's a little surprise XD
Also, When do you plan on getting out the playable beta? Last time I heard about it was Febuary, in your update, not sure if you posted anything about it since, I know you plan to get the full mod out in January, I believe.
I was planning to finish in January but I'm just having some technical issues right now to work out. Basically it's coming out as soon as I can get everything working and installable on other computers. I'm also having increased RL activity, and am having some money shortage issues which are consuming more of my free time, which means more delays.
That's understandable, I just hadn't heard anything for a while, so I wanted to make sure, thanks!
O_O
Bloody excellent! You know, even though the normal maps with the DX10 renderer don't look like much in Deus Ex, well, they might be useful for this room! Maybe! >_>
