[PC Only] Tech Wars is a mod that does not convert the whole game, but it does add 4 human factions and a single alien faction, all with their own units, weapons and bonuses... The mod is in the WIP stage, so...

Description
The Armory With 18 Upgrades (6 Types; 3 Versions of each)
Upgrades (Top Down):
>Ammo Upgrades (I, II and III)
>Experimental Upgrades (I, II and III)
>Torpedo Upgrades (I, II and III)
>Missile Upgrades (I, II and III)
>Production Upgrades (I, II and III)
>Laser Upgrades (I, II and III)
There would also be a 7th Upgrade (Stealth), but apparently at some point either I miscounted the amount of Upgrades possible on the side or I never intended to have a 7th Upgrade... But that means IT COULD CHANGE!!! :D
