General rebalance like nerf infantry spam, make manpower more important, naval rebalance, and more! How to install: 1. Go to: Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod 2. Put the file in that folder. 3. Check in HOI4 launcher to enable the mod. 4. Enjoy your improved vanilla experience!
