Target practice is a single player mod made for half life, the mod will feature four to five chapters with one hour of classic half life gameplay.
Plot : You are soon to be member of The Black Mesa Security Force, you have one final test, but something goes wrong, resonance cascade happens just as you were about to pass the test, now, you are on your own, you must get out of Black Mesa by all means.

Hey guys, so here is a quick update regarding the mod for those who are following this mod, right now im working on a intro train ride, now when i started the mod i didn't plan on making one. Beacuse i learned so much while making these 2 maps, i decided to make the intro train ride, its going smooth and as of right now im working on train path. here is list of what i need to finish so i can release the demo.
- Train intro ride
- Put some minor details around the maps
- Finish the outside area
- Make ending for the demo
Demo is coming out soon, i don't want to rush it. Here are some screenshots of the unfinished train ride intro.
It goes without saying that i will try to make this areas more detailed and more lively. That is it really, thank you all those who are following this project.

I like The choice you made when it came lighting. It became apparent to Me that You are going for a dark approach to it. Unless You are going to send more screenshots, The inbound chapter looks way too enclosed. The Tram's top also looks a bit weird. You might have to round it a bit. Here, This should help :

The mod looks promising. Though, there is alot of space for improvement, but I can see this having the potential of being an enjoyable & short mod.
Thanks, and yes, i agree, but some of the things i just can't do, whether it be beacuse of goldsrc engine limitations, or my own. The mod is more difficult to make than i expected its also worth mentioning that is its my first mod ever. Its going to take a bit loner since i want to make the demo look as good as i can. Demo will come out soon.
