Looks epic! I love the Chevrolet logo on the front. But, one question, how the hell are the cops inside going to see where they're going? And are those doors on the side? Just giving constructive criticism. Good job, anyways.

Good point, but it would still be slightly see through. Or at least GLASS.
And also, there would be a small...gap, if that's what you call it, between the glass and the metal.
what if there's cameras inside and the drivers sees through them. this would protect the drivers
Modelling an interior for this just so we can have slightly transparent glass would be a huge waste of time and resources, not to mention inefficient ingame, since it's a map prop.
That's why cars in most FPS games don't have transparent windows.
Or just low-poly interiors like the MW series

You're not the first person to say that. I've never actually played Syndicate Wars, if anything it was inspired by the cop cars from FutureCop (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1xPOZ2F8b2I) but they're a lot blockier.
maybe just some lines around where the glass would be would make it 20% better. Looks good nothing else is wrong.
This reminds me of the Fifth Element a lot.
