Galactopticon is a single-player sci-fi comedy FPS starring a gang of hard-boiled interstellar pirates. The epic storyline will be supported by gameplay elements such as ironsight aiming and an RPG-style branching dialogue system.

I think they say WIP, because this is not the realtime model. It is not rendered in Source yet. It looks very nice and I keep thinking your mod would be doing better if it was in Unreal; less limits. But Source is a good choice, too.
To be honest this looks better than with the textures.
