Thats too short to be an M16. It looks more like either a Colt Commando RIS IE a very short M16 or a M4A1 or A2 RIS carbine.
Very good none the less.
Actually yea since u already have the M4A1 Id say this one is the modern version of the Colt Commando with RIS IE Rail Interface System.
