Sorry for the not-so-pertinent screen, but I had a lot of things to do but small time to make them.
So:
- The Shoker's red dot/holographic scopes' textures were similar to the ones in Battlefield 3.
Now I've changed them similar to the ones in Insurgency and MoH:Warfighter.
Now the bigger is the projected image, the bigger is the reflection around it.
For example: when you change to a different crosshair ( Media.moddb.com ), let's say to the dot, there will be poor reflection, making it a rapid-to-focus reticle, but no aid will be given if the target's running for the shot prediction (holo sight has a ring for this purpose)
- I'm working on the adjustable aiming posts.
Let's take the AKS-74U as example.
This carbine has flippable iron sights, allowing you to adjust the weapon for 100m or 400-500m.
With the very same principle some weapons, after having pressed a key, will be adjusted for the desired "zeroing" point.
- I'm still searching for an animator for some exclusive anims of both objects/weapons.
- Probably I'm forgetting something, I'll leave this bar for an eventual update, so stay tuned for changes.
Also, even to you the "mod" label of all the three S.T.A.L.K.E.R. pages on ModDB are... blank?
Good luck !
So it will work like RO2's adjustable sights? This is great news, I was thinking about it few days ago, very glad to see it done!
Yes, they work in a similar way using the Shoker's attachments framework.
Grande RokkO mi fa piacere vedere che il tuo mod prende sempre più forma, non vedo l'ora di provarlo!
One of the mods I can barely wait for
