Our second attempt: the AMD-65 muzzle brake on the 5.45 AK series.
It works way better than the AK74's stock one, but when you shoot "announces your position like a flood light", as "the blast is simply awesome and the 2 basketball sized fireballs on either side of the muzzle gather lots of attention".

It look crazy but I like it for the change :) I also don't think I'll use it anyway, can't give away my position knowing that there are merc and crazy bandits roaming :v
But you'll kill faster with a steadier rifle...they won't see the light, in all ways :D
