Tactical Fleet Simulator (TFS) is a total overhaul with the aim of transforming Homeworld2 into a tactics-oriented strategy game. Initial versions aimed for a more immersive tactical "simulator" orientation, the current version provides a more refined and consistent RTS experience.
The BHI-78 Heavy Battlecruiser, colloquially known as a Battleship, is the fully-armed version of the Hiigaran Battlecruiser chassis. It features a powerful anti-capital ship torpedo launcher and second-generation defensive weapons: short-range missiles and plasma cannons for anti-strike craft defense. This grants the BHI a capable anti-fighter capability unlike the more spartan BLI-78 Battlecruiser.
These torpedo launchers slaped on the side of ships always look unnatural and freaking ugly on the ships. The rest looks nice.
I agree. But... The issue is not so much it's position as is the atsthetic look and feel. The alternative though is designing an entirely new module that is just shaped better, which would take a lot of time or may not even be possible (and might have issues looking good on other ships then).
