Try to use 7-zip that's what I used to make it.
nothing has changed for the last hundred updates, its likely to be your side of the transfer not the file itself.
got problems while extracting it. have try with win rar 4.x, latest 7zip, and trial version of total cmd ... error.
did try to dl file from different mirrors, nothing.
Re V835 7zip says `unable to open as archive` on multiple computers (diferent copies of 7zip) then DL again and still no luck but, V822 works fine

Hi there, im new here. I want to ask u something, i have the pirated version of game, i put the mod file in the mod folder, but that need to press button to select the mod its grey, and stay grey all the time (waiting for response from steam). Its there something i need to do? Thanks
you need to find the mod launcher fix by Reloaded & Hellraisers then follow the instructions such as copy paste the contents to your install directory overwriting the steam version of the mod launcher itself and overwrite the modsave and mods folder for the
C:\Users\<CompName>\Documents\My Games\Runic Games\Torchlight 2 the overwrite the old version of the mod with the newest one
