A modification that removes Syndicate's incredibly overbearing bloom effects. Syndicate's bloom does a disservice to the game's art design and hinders playability. With this mod enabled, you can actually see the walls in some areas. (You can also see stuff that was meant to be hidden by bloom, too, but that's a worthwhile tradeoff.)
