The Swordsman is a new playable class for Torchlight 2. He is a versatile warrior, specialized in physical damage. He starts the game with sword and shield but can trained to become either a 2H Damage Dealer, 2H Tank, 1H Damage Dealer, 1H Tank, an Axethrower or Archer. The Swordsman has a rather small selection of active skills available, instead he gets to improve his abilities through a variety of passive skills.
