Star Wars Conquest is a Mount&Blade; module which transforms a medieval world into the far, far away galaxy... with the same premises than the original game, this module offers an open sandbox where the player can do anything he wants. Based on a Galactic map and hundreds of planets.
An Imperial Hangar.
Just to show the scale of that scene, those two small dots on the far left corner of the hanger are two stormtroopers. pretty big hanger. :P
i like it but i think troops would be easily slaughtered without any cover on this map
Thats....amazing...
So... is this going to be for battlestations, or ships...? Looks awesome though, it would be good to see perhaps some stuff through the middle to act as cover during combat.
This scene is from a SpaceStation, though the ship hangers have also been redone with 3 variations of hangers depending on which faction you are currently aligned with. :)
Unfortunately M&B doesn't have the smartest AI, they will generally take the most direct route during combat and ignore the AI pathway meshes and therefore just end up running them selfs into what ever objects are in their path.
Hangar*
Looks awesome.
Opps, nice catch. :P
This is AMAZING!
Vector, you now are on my list of persons next to which I feel like a little girl!
My god this is massive! great job!
it needs lights effects and reflection on floor, but very good!
We've been adding glowmaps, that you can see in the image.
The game doesn't allow us to do realtime reflectivity so it could be faked with cubemaps or something. :)
Looking pretty solid so far.
You should see the other side of the hangar with an animated force field.
that looks awsome!
"Impressive. Most impressive"
Impressive, as always !
I can't believe this is Mount & Blade. Awesome job.
cant wait to shoot up some storm troops in this place
nice work
Excellent work with all the custom objects! Everything looks nice. :) There is not a negative thing I can think to say (other than It isn't out yet) I can wait several years if every map will be as detailed as the map pictures posted since April :)
For the Mount & Blade universe this mod certainly offers such a high quality emphasis on visuals and game play entertainment. I'd love this mod I know when it comes out and know that myself and the rest of the community won't be disappointed. True it is my opinion; however I strongly believe that the majority of the followers will give this mod a thumbs up at the very end. As a separate suggestion it would be nice if some triggers and scripts for missions/quests had the same feel as Knights of the Old Republic..then it gives that sense of game play as well as those who just want to do conquest etc. :) Many thanks for your efforts so far, keep it up!. ~Christopher Carlisle James
I fully agree we could really do with some more Star Wars Themed quests, the problem is it's just me and Swyter working on the mod at the moment and we both have a fairly long list of things that have to be finished.
If there are any M&B scripters out there who would like to contribute and write some Star Wars Themed Quests/Missions I'm sure they would be greatly appreciated by us and the community. :)
Hi Vector,
I'll make this clear from the start - I am coding illiterate and can not 'script' missions in any computing sense of the term. I would however be very happy to offer my services writing the dialogue/instructions/story for new missions if needed. I write short fiction, poetry and articles in my spare time and this would be a worthy task to undertake.

marvelous! simply spectacular!
The scenes are getting better and better. Well done to all the team and keep up the good work.
Cannot wait for the next release, this looks great
not sure if cooler or 20% cooler

We miss you too, mate.
