Okay, so first of all I want to say that you've done an absolutely incredible job on 9.0.4.
9.0.3 was amazing and I thought would be hard to improve on, but somehow you've definitely managed to outdo yourselves. You should be proud, you've by far created the best mod for Mount and Blade ever, congratulations.

However, as it is only a preview, there are obviously going to be some bugs. The one's I've come across so far (in literally 10 minutes of play) are:

The pulse of light after firing my gun is delayed (could just be the Kisteer, not tried any others yet). This looks odd as the laser flies off and then the flash comes after. Not a major deal

Every time I've been in combat (once on Yavin IV and once in a cantina on... Felucia I think) I've experienced a CTD after a few minutes. Not sure what's causing this but has made the preview sadly unplayable for now

Also, I'm having a strange issue with models / textures in that they're being stretched across the sky. This could be an issue at my end though as I've had a similar issue in Warband.

They're the only one's so far, but I want to once again congratulate you on what has become an even more epic mod.

EDIT: Managed to pinpoint the source of my combat crashes to the wrist blaster if that's helpful

Wrist blaster. Nice. Sorry for the late reply, after the release we've took a break.

-I've removed the delayed muzzleflares, as you say it wasn't convincing.
-The fugly problem with the crazy rigged models is from the engine, it only happens from time to time with specific armors.

Really helpful. With your help I've solved half of the crashes. Thankies!

Hi, really enjoying 9.04 its a really great mod.

Currently I've experienced the following crashes to desktop:

1. Immediate crash starting one game as an Empire character and landing on Coruscant planet surface. In another game it was fine.
2. Fighting an infantry battle on a ship crashes the majority of the time.
3. Sometimes firing a shot via the zoomed in scope on one of the blaster rifles causes another CTD after hitting its target.

As I said its a great mod I just hope leaving this info is of use to you. All the best. WebRepOverall ratingThis site has no rating(not enough votes)

Every time I'm about to get into a bar fight the game crashes. It usually occurs within a second of leaving the 'you'll be dead' dialogue screen. This also occurs about 90% of the time when i'm trying to make a bounty hit, although sometimes the crash occurs in the last dialogue screen.

Rarely crashes during arena fight, but usually works fine. Having trouble making contact with lightsaber in melee, bounces off with no or minimal damage when the enemy isn't blocking. Don't think it's because I'm too close unless you've made the damaging area smaller than the blade.

Other than that, awesome stuff guys. Keep up the good work.

OK, had a major set back. I can no longer take an active role in battles as I either have an out of body experience where i appear to have spawned with my army but in reality have spawned amidst the enemies forces which means i swiftly get knocked out (after a few phantom swings to kill a few). Or I find i'm positioned several metres from where the game thinks i am, which makes combat impossible. And when i get off the speeder bike i end up INSIDE one of my soldiers and have to tag along for the ride. When they die (occasionally by my own blaster so i can contribute) I'm stuck on the patch of ground they died on. This happens whether i spawn on a bike or not. Tried restarting game, the glitch seems to have followed me unfortunately. Really don't want to have to start all over again, but it's not in my nature to be a back seat commander. I got a pair of lightsabers and a sniper rifle for a reason!

oh, and i still get that blaster flash delay too

but obviously that's a far less pressing matter

Just made the switch to the enhanced version of 1.011, not having any issue thus far

I even have a video of the out of body experience and still can't figure out what causes it.

Hopefully *all* of the reported crashes have been fixed already. They all reduced to not surpass the count of 915 items, our mod had 916 on the preview which caused all that turmoil, crashes and the weirdness rollercoaster. Stupid as hell.

Here's a hotfix: Bitbucket.org

Of course, with me testing and working with the enhanced version all this was a bit difficult to diagnose, as works without a hitch.

I also have issues with the out of body experience.

What seems to trigger it for me is a multi-stage fight. I ran into Mon Mothma (Roughly 302 troops) vs. 32 of my troops.

I fought through 2 separate battles on the planet Dac fine and cut Mothma's troops to about 130. Everytime I start the 3rd fight I end up spawning in the midst of the enemy forces.

I have 2 companions traveling with me; Kyle Katarn and Anela Kinse. If I select one of them as the commander I still spawn at the enemy's position...however my main character also spawns with me.

Fighting on the ship allows me to spawn correctly, however the FPS drops to an unplayable level.

UPDATE: It seems that if I fight one battle on the ship then the out of body glitch goes away.

Hope this is useful. (Apologies if I posted in the wrong place)
