Long, atmospheric, fun and foreboding, the levels are all that and a bag of chips.

While some of the weapons are sloppy, there is an occasional crash and the levels aren't exactly the best detailed, not to mention there isn't a lick of spoken English in this mod, the amount of enemies attacking the player can give Serious Sam a run for his money.

Give this a try to liven up your otherwise boring weekend :)

I liked what I saw so far, but the mod was buggy and kept crashing upon loading level sic7. I would have liked to see the rest, since I don't believe I've even seen half of it.

A well made game with plenty of secrets and other side objects to do and it will keep you going and every time it about to get reptative BAM it slap a new thing in your face and i loved the ending whats the player name tough

This is a pretty good little horror mod, in my opinion- it's not They Hunger quality, but its definitely got good energy. The weapons are all custom with custom hands and sounds, which I think is one of the main highlights of the mod. The zombies are pretty cool, lots of variety with custom skins and sounds, and the monsters aren't half bad either, even if they are mostly just Half-Life aliens reskinned with new sounds. The maps are pretty decent overall I'd say, a little on the average side in terms of overall look (some obviously repeating textures and unnecessarily wide open areas), but they do the job well enough. Note that the mod is in Czech, so you might not understand the sparse dialogue, but there's not a lot of it. Also, the keybinds menu doesn't work on Steam, your best bet is just to import your config.cfg file from Half-Life, because there aren't any special keybinds in the mod, it'll work perfectly.

Now for the bad part however- I played the mod on Steam, just the standard mod, and I made it to level six. Well, sic6 has a nasty bug- it crashes anytime a new map loads. So if you're playing through, keep a save BEFORE sic6, and after you beat sic6 it will crash. Best fix I could cook was to load then level skip from your sic5 save past 6 to 7. This will leave you with no inventory, so you'll have to try your best to recreate your inventory using cheats. But other than that pretty big issue, so far I haven't encountered any similar issues.

Oh yeah, and by the way, the mod gets a little strange towards the end. In more ways than one, and not really in a good way. Just keep loading those checkpoints until you succeed.

i keep having crashes at sic4

A well made mod with great inspiration, many awesome zombie models, varied maps, fun gameplay, good pacing and good length.
A lot of good features here and there. Though it could have surely used more details and polishing in the maps but considering that this mod was made by 1 guy with this much length, it's normal and acceptable.

The quality of the mod may not be high but you can tell that the author worked on this with love.

One of the major issues I have with this mod is that all the text and voice lines are in another language. So you're not gonna know what the story is at all and sometimes you may get stuck for a short while.
The other one is that it crashed many times (maybe 10 times in total).
Also, I think due to problems of the dll files, changing anything in the Options menu disables all your controls. I had seen this problem before so I edited what I needed through the config file and the game's console.

I would surely recommend you to play this mod if you're a fan of Half-Life and zombies.
Too bad part 2 wasn't half as fun as this.

While the maps and models where simple, this mod had a lot of heart. I loved the meat packing part.
