Unit balance modification for Supreme Commander 2.
Unit balancing modification version 0.04. Focuses on fixing Navy balance, lack of Anti-Air with AOE (Area of Effect) and some minor things.
To install locate the file "_BalanceMod.scd" inside "SupCom2_KaelBalanceMod_v0_04.zip" and move it inside the "gamedata" folder in your Supreme Commander 2 directory. (Usually it can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Supreme Commander 2\gamedata")
In case you have an older version, replace the old "_BalanceMod.scd" file.
To uninstall, you can just delete "_BalanceMod.scd" or move it outside of the "gamedata" folder.
When saving a replays of games using the Balance Mod, put something on the replay's name to identify it's using the mod and also which version. (Example: "BM_0_04_REPLAYNAME" - BM stands for "Balance Mod")
Trying to run a replay of the Balance Mod without having it installed or having a different version might cause problems.
- FIXED: ACU selection sound. (Before it would use the land unit selection sound)
- FIXED: Dual gun muzzle recoil animation. (Once fire rate upgrade was researched, the dual gun muzzle wouldn't animate)

- Build Time: 35 - ORIGINAL: 30
- Energy Cost: 320 - ORIGINAL: 250
- Mass Cost: 120 - ORIGINAL: 100
Cybran Experimental Giant Submarine (Kraken)
- All Weapons Maximum Range: 56 - ORIGINAL: 32
- Tentacles Laser Damage per Second: 30 each 240 total - ORIGINAL: 15 each 120 total
Cybran Mobile Missile Launcher (Cobra)
- TEMPORARY FIX: Removed split missiles that wouldn't deal full damage to shields.
Cybran Point Defense
- Damage: 200 - ORIGINAL: 150
- Damage per Second: 300 - ORIGINAL: 255 (Not sure what was the Developers decision in it... but it had the weakest DPS of all factions)
Cybran Long Range Artillery
- Build Time: 80 - ORIGINAL: 70
- Energy Cost: 3160 - ORIGINAL: 2750
- Mass Cost: 960 - ORIGINAL: 750
Cybran Sea Factory Torpedo Launcher Addon
- Damage: 600 - ORIGINAL: 300
- Damage per Projectile: 300 - ORIGINAL: 150
- Damage per Seconds: 150 - ORIGINAL: 75
- Maximum Radius: 96 - ORIGINAL: 50
Illuminate Point Defense
- Health: 3800 - ORIGINAL: 4000
- Mass/Energy Cost: 190 M / 420 E - ORIGINAL: 200 M / 440 E (Cost changed to match all other factions)
All Anti-Air Turrets have 1 Damage Radius to counter clumped Air.
