this is a jokewad that does a couple of things. one, all health and armor items (health bonuses, stimpacks, megaarmor, etc) can always be picked up and will still add to your health/armor. two, health, armor, and ammo are all uncapped, meaning you can get as much as you want. (this is kind of a lie, there is a limit, but you'll never reach it during normal gameplay) three, it adds two new difficulty settings that are kind of cool maybe I guess idk. four, armor no longer only negates some damage, it negates all. (similar to Doom 2016)
