Your mod doesn't work, while in the gameplay the Tech Tree is just a blank and i got a Great War Infantry already. Also i can't skip turn, so is there any fix for this?
I doubt it doesn't work. It requires every DLC and it is recommended to play it with the EUI and with no other heavy mod activated. I play every game with it and it has a few thousand subscribers on the Steam Workshop so I guess it's fine and you miss something I didn't specify here.
