first of all, thanks for making this amazing mod. it's just really cool to see total war mod featuring victorian era coming out. so I just was wondering if you plan to add other Asian factions like Joseon Korea, Taipei rebellion, or even dai viet.
The faction limit is the problem, we can't add more and cghopk will not change more factions, but if he decides to make an Asia Theater of War, they will probably be in it.
However, in the main branch, they're present as rebels and AOR (at least some), so you can use different units from all Asia

How many different regional campaigns (Theater of War I assume) are planned for first release?
We don't know, maybe for a patch or the second release, but "probably" North America and the Great Game, cghopk also plans on doing a Scramble for Africa campaign
Sorry boys, no theaters of war in the first release- just the main branch. I hope soon after though. I've only setup some ui and a converter to switch around files.
Will there be melee troops?
Yes, some nations will get access to them, be careful, they need to engage fast before the enemy starts firing
What about bigger and scarier things like War Machines?
cghopk will try to implement things like tanks and zeppelins
Hazado921 I'm seeing Vietnamese troops, did you make Vietnamese their own faction? Or are they mercenaries? Because Siam is not Vietnam
They're AOR and mercenaries, Nguyen Dynasty isn't on the main campaign
Will there be South american factions?
Yes, Peru, Brazil and Argentina
Can you play with other factions in South America? I'm sorry for the bad grammar, my English is not very fluent

Will the Boer states be playable in the South African Theatre (along with) Zulu faction?
Boer tactics and war are a real strategic and tactical challenge as they were outnumbered and outgunned yet frustrated Brittain for 4 years in two respective campaigns.
Yes, Zulu and Transvaal are playable in the main campaign and will be playable in Scramble for Africa Theater of War
Yep, they mostly have skirmishers and will need good tactics to defeat Britain and conquer South Africa
