Love this mod, but where the heck is the Neutral advancement Icon?
Cant use the perfectionist without it.
don't quite understand you... what do you mean?
In the command research panel for factions there is only evangelists and perfectionist, no neutral factions Icon.
I play vs the comp, does there have to be three players, myself, comp and a neutral faction to play?
Everybody is neutral at start, and have to choose the subfaction
You can stay neutral forever but you won't have an access to some techs and ships :)
