MGM has started shutting SG mods down left and right. We are quiting while we are ahead. We where also unable to come up with a programmer, and so nothing could get done. Trillions of years ago there was an advanced race called ‘the Ancients’. They quickly spread across the galaxy and onto the next using advanced space travel. But soon that was not fast enough. They needed to go from one planet to another almost instantly in order to sustain their rate of growth. So over the course of 10,000 years they developed a technology known as the Stargate. It simply worked by creating a wormhole that was shorter than the distance between the two points it was created between. In essence it would bend space and time allowing anything they could fit through this ring to travel across the galaxy in 11 seconds.
