Does winrar work? Or are you doing some stupid company specific thing?
Anything that opens Rars will work fine, we are just trying to make it alittle easier for some people.

this program is great
It is a great program, use it all the time.
Best file archiver imo
it has its own problems ^^
for example if there is an error or corupted file in there the program gives an error and stop working most time you manage to close it without the task manager
winrar just say that there is a file that is coprut ore broken and unpack the rest of the files (mostley only 7zip even say there is an error)
and when i have like a 10 part video to unpack 7 zip mostley is too stupid to check that the rest of the file is in the other files winrar never make such a mistake
so i have both programs just in case
I thought everybody already used winrar or 7zip. Its hard to find a mod or file that isnt compressed with one of them. I doubt anybody uses winzip anymore, its compression sucks compared to rar/7zip.
I use winzip all the time and it's fine.

Without credits it's sounds illegal. Don't give a bad image of your company by hosting file isn't yours.
I think you may be overreacting a little since 7zip is a well known program that is available for free and there are no specific words here saying that it was created by SGI. I will see if the wording can be made clearer and will add a link to the 7zip website for the latest update. Also this is a modding community, not a company with earnings;)
